Bonding primer for PE, HDPE, PP plastics

The bonding primer for PE, HDPE, PP plastics is an indispensable addition to and is mainly used for the pre-treatment of materials such as :

• Polyethylene (PE and HDPE)
• Polypropylene (PP)
• Polyoxymethylene (POM)
• Modern thermoplastic elastomers (TPE)
• Teflon, silicone, latex

The bonding primer for PE, HDPE, PP plastics changes the surface tension. The advantages of using the primer are :

• a very strong bonding of materials that are considered unbondable,
• simple and inexpensive surface treatment before bonding, applied as thinly as possible by brush.

The use of cyanoacrylate glue can be done immediately after treatment. The treatment is effective for 6-8 hours.

It should be used on polypropylene or polyethylene in addition to the glue, or with the for metal/plastic bonding, or with the for plexiglass/plastic bonding.
